The respiratory system works with other body systems in these ways.
Circulatory System: As you breathe blood is pumped into your lungs so that it may be oxygenated. The circulator system then moves the oxygen around the body to the varioius cells via the arteries. Once the cells have used the oxygen the non-oxygenated blood is taken back to the lungs, to your veins and the whole process repeats itself.
Digestive system: They both work for the energy system.digestive system fixes all foods changes it to glucose enzymes help too , then lungs work to get oxygen blood helps too , to change that glucose to energy by using this oxygen.
Excretory system: You need the respiratory system to pump oxygen in the other systems. The mitochondria in the cell takes the oxygen, and uses it to produce ATP or energy for the body. This could happen in the cells that take place in the systems of the body.
